FRONT ROW:  The unit is located on the 13th Tee of the Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course (Kai) with unobstructed ocean views of the Hawaiian islands Lanai and Molokai.  Unit #4 is located walking distance (350 Meters) to AIRPORT BEACH on North Ka'anapali - and a short ride or a ~ 35-minute walk along the Kaanapali Beach Walking Path to Whalers Village and other main Ka'anapali Main Hotels like the Weston & Sheraton Kaanapli.

AIRPORT BEACH/KA'ANAPALI BEACH:
Kahekili Beach Park/Airport Beach/Ka'anapali North Beach is an 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from our condo!   

3 FULL-SIZED BEDROOMS AND 3 FULL-SIZED BATHS:
Unit 4 has THREE FULL-SIZED BEDROOMS and THREE FULL-SIZED BATHS, each with it's own dressing room. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one has two twins. The bedrooms are large with ample closet and drawer space. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Extra bedding, bath and beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

OVERSIZED LANAI/PORCH: 
This Maui condo is the only rental at the Plantation with an oversized lanai that provides a panoramic 180 degree unobstructed ocean view, which includes Lanai, Molokai as well as many sightings of whales breeching during their migration. You can watch golfers T-off at the 13th Tee and will see the most amazingly breathtaking sunsets on Maui.

KA'ANAPALI PLANTATION:
Kaanapali Plantation consists of 10 acres of lush tropical gardens with winding paths that lead to a beautiful pool, tennis court, shuffle-board, pool clubhouse with restroom and outdoor kitchen.  Very quiet community with many people living there full time.  

LARGE KITCHEN: 
The kitchen is spacious and is stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking. Washer and dryer included.

MISC:
Panoramic views from bedrooms and living areas, plenty of open parking; HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET is provided for your laptop. This Maui vacation condo is a single level NON-SMOKING unit. The condo has 1536 square feet. This is a Licensed Rental! We do not allow more than 6 tenants per rental. No Exceptions.
